I guess some people might be in a state of suffering or pain..and yet be unable to express themselves and would want to be put to sleep for good!
If you couldn’t talk, but you were being tortured in pain, and perhaps couldn’t move it, would be too much suffering and it would suck.

Pros
-ending the suffering

Cons
-Perhaps the suffering could end by natural ways, and they die naturally
-They might actually be living some sort of life and be happy with it
– many people can’t get pregnant they are impotent , so if life is so good, should we really end one?
